Program Information

In cooperation with the Berrien County Family Court, the Berrien Regional Education Service Agency operates an educational program at the  Juvenile Detention Center. The program serves the approximately 300 students who are assigned to the Center each year. It provides educational services to these students who may remain in the center from a few days to several months. The services offered are academic diagnosis, academic instruction which provides academic credit, and transition services for reentry into the local school system.
